  • How Does Your Internet Service Work?

    Conquest Wireless uses a line of site wireless technology that sends internet from our towers to your home. We'll install a device on your roof that points to our tower and then run a cable from the roof to the inside of your home and connect  you to our network.

  • Is There A Data or Bandwidth Cap?

    We do not have a bandwidth or data cap.

  • Does Weather Affect My Internet Speeds?

    Weather does not affect your internet service most of the time as our service is line of site not satellite based. This means as long as there is a clear line of site between our tower and your home, service is good. Every home is different and there could be some rare cases of temporary data loss. However, severe thunderstorms, hail, high winds could cause power loss or equipment damage that could affect your service.

  • Can I Use A VPN With Your Service?

    Conquest Wireless offers full VPN support so you can setup your home network the way you want.

  • We Have Alot of Trees At Our Home, Will Your Service Still Work?

    Yes, but... depending on your elevation and tree coverage, additional equipment may be required. Contact us today for a free home assessment.

  • Do I Need A Modem?

    No, our service is a direct line from our towers to your home - we handle it all for you.

  • Can I Use My Own Router?

    Yes, you can use any type of modern router you want. Please not we do not offer tech support for customer supplied equipment.

  • How Long Does It Take During Install?

    We schedule our installs in four-hour window blocks and in most cases installation can be done in as little as two hours. Keep in mind depending on your homes location and line of site needs, installation can take longer. Contact us for a free home assessment to find out more.
